Trump tries to bully anyone he has to debate and any semblance of debate etiquette is none existent for him and he'll claim any moderator who tries to keep things civil is part of the deep state anti-Trump agenda even if they're lifelong republicans.

Conservatives love to call liberals snowflakes but they're the biggest bunch of crybabies on the planet who just can't even the slightest pushback or accountability.

It's why US politics is where it is and anyone who now supports Trump is voting for US politics to remain firmly in the shitter.

There are plenty of Republican talking points I can actually agree with and candidates who I would consider as they're sensible conservatives but Trump is purely in it for himself and is willing to throw anyone under the bus at any time if he feels like it.
If Trump continues to be the party leader for the Republicans then they're done for for a generation so have fun with that.

With respect, elevating the whore over the John in this transaction seems to be picking fly poop out of pepper.

The question is in regard to the contract to which they both agreed. One honored the contract. The other did not.

All of the elected lying thieves in DC are whores. Some of them are also lawyers. All of them are liars. all of them are thieves.

What's the difference between a lawyer and whore? The whore stops screwing you once you're dead. If the lawyer is also a whore, the screwing just goes on and on.

With respect, Trump and Stormy entered into an NDA. Offer + Acceptance + Consideration = Contract.

The FACT of the matter is that the sleazy porn star took the money and proved that she is sleazy by breaking the contract to which she had agreed.

If you are hating on Trump because you feel he is a lying thief, you will be hard pressed to find any person elected to serve in Washington DC that is NOT a lying thief.

Just sayin'...

In passing, "enter into" is an action that I would be VERY hesitant to undertake with a member of Stormy's profession. ;)

There is a lot of truth in what you say, problem is trump has no compunction about breaking a contract when it is to his benefit. There are a bunch of lawsuits filed against trump by various contractors for non payment. As a former contractor I would be less hesitant about entering into a contract with Stormy than with trump.

It doesn't nessicarilly release her from it legally. He can change his mind. Unless it's in writing, such as a mutual rescission and release agreement. Just simply saying one will not enforce it may not be enough.

Are the cases in which Trump withheld being adjudicated?

If yes, then the payment or lack of payment will be approved. Legally.

When you entered into Stormy, "contracts" may come with "riders" you would prefer to not endure and could be with your forever.

Unfortunately for them, many of the contractors suing trump did not have the financial ability to contest the case, so trump won them through financial
attrition, not by reason of right or wrong.

Oddly enough, those who actually were messaged by Trump, people who are invading other countries now that he is not there to constrain their actions, seemed to both understand and give credibility to Trump's messages.

We’re our Kurdish allies deceived as well when trump ordered a a retreat giving Russia American bases,including a fully functional airbase that Russia is still using today, as they were being slaughtered???

That is how trump would have handled Ukrain as well…
