Ok, in that case, do you support locking up perpetrators involved in revealing where SCOTUS justices and their families live, and those who went to their homes to harass and intimidate SCOTUS justices and their families? Have you condemned the perpetrators behind the riots and assault on the White House back in the summer of 2020, the mobs that attacked federal courts in places like Seattle, or Antifa terrorism?

All Steve Bannon has done is flap his jaw and say some dramatic and perhaps shocking sounding things; he didn't go to anyone's home (at least AFAIK, anyways), so what's being done to SCOTUS justices is worse just flapping his jaw. There are a lot of double standards with the way those who were part of or associated with Donald Trump and his presidency are being persecuted, and the way that those who are responsible for actual intimidation and destructive violence against the government are being treated at worst with kid gloves - and one double standard is one too many.

Normally I - myself - would be making a big fuss about someone talking the way Bannon is, but for the Left to be cherry-picking and making such a big deal about something dramatic that Steve Bannon said will only fall on deaf ears or result in summarily dismissive eye-rolls from anyone who sees how hypocritical the Left is acting.

You should make for a decent shock trooper in Bannon’s army. You’re all-in on the ideology and are proven loyal to his cause to Destroy the Left above all other matters. Have you considered signing up for his 1 hour special? If you do, we’d love to hear how it went and whether afterward you felt more empowered to wage war against the Left.

I realize this is difficult for MAGA which eschews personal responsibility and accountability for depending on politicians to fix their lives for them, but it’s a part of civil society. I for one am not going to make excuses for these idiots. If they say shock troops I’m going with what that phrase typically means. These are adults; if Bannon meant something different, he could have chosen to say something different. He doesn’t need your excuses.
