A spray-painted bronze statue titled “Best Friends Forever” that depicts President Trump and disgraced financier Jeffrey Epstein holding hands was placed on the National Mall in front of the U.S. Capitol early Tuesday morning. The work is the latest in a series of politically charged sculptures critical of the president that have been placed in Washington and elsewhere by an anonymous group.

A plaque at the base of the installation reads, “We celebrate the long-lasting bond between President Donald J. Trump and his ‘closest friend,’ Jeffrey Epstein.”

Donnie, we're all waiting for you to release the files. What's the holdup???

What's the holdup?

The contents of the files. It looks as if anything that reflects badly on Clinton and other Democrats includes trump as well.

As The Washington Post has previously reported, there is no public evidence of inappropriate behavior by Trump related to Epstein.

The National Park Service issued a permit for the sculpture that allows it to remain on the Mall until 8 p.m. Sunday. The purpose for the artwork stated on the permit application is “to demonstrate freedom of speech and artistic expression using political imagery.”

The word "public" is the first rub.
And the paywall is the second one.

FTFY :D

You do realize that the DoJ and FBI, and possibly other law enforcement agencies, have lots of information that isn't public yet, right? And that the Chump DoJ has repeatedly tried to head-fake everyone by repeatedly releasing the same materials? You didn't miss that bit, I hope?

Which is why people want to see the files that have never been made public.

Why did Trump promise repeatedly during the campaign to release the files and then decide not to?

Good for them. I imagine the director will be fired by Wednesday.

I do believe that to be based on lack of evidense before the outcome of a probe by the Congressional Oversight Committee has has a chance to discover the findings in the hundreds of hours of videotape Epstein recorded using hidden cameras.

Brilliant, love how in love with life they look

Id have them kissing but this gets a more poignant message across

This is the Democrats' midterm platform, folks.

This is literally all they have to offer.
They’ve only just begun.
Digital billboards showing Trump and Epstein are coming

Because a big small part of his online troll base are technically political pedophile hunting in their social caves. He threw meat meat to them and just noticed a chunk of himself missing lol

I prefer Trumps moves to YMCA

Always makes me giggle. The guy has no idea the song had been a gay anthem for decades.

Yeah, but. Its writers aren't fans of that, and moved into the Trump orbit.
