4% popular vote and $5 gets you a cup of coffee. Mandate no mandate. It is all meaningless. Trump won. He is the President. He enacts his policies as the winner. People are actually seeing what Trump is doing and they approve. Why on earth do you think his poll numbers are high? There is your mandate.
