You are just being facetious...........and on purposeThat's a stupid analogy. You don't have a constitutional right to fish, fishing licenses are not restrictive in any way, and they have nothing to do with safety.
Which article of the Constitution include the right to food?
The basic argument is that the right to food is an implication of the fundamental “right to life” enshrined in Article 21 of the Indian Constitution. Following on this, Supreme Court hearings on various aspects of the right to food have been held at regular intervals.
We do have a Constitutional right to fish, given that fish is food!
