PGA has suspended all golfers that are participating in the Saudi sponsored LIV tournaments. I don’t play and I will admit to watching the last few holes of the Masters, other than that, I may see what’s happening as I wait for CBS to get to 60 Minutes.
The Saudis have plenty of money and seem ready to flex their muscles on the world stage. PGA has long refused to pay “attendance” to their tournaments, but the Saudis have prize money including last place. What do you think happens to the PGA, the Saudis seem to be determined to have a confrontation.

Unless that tour can hold the top golfers for a long period of time it won't last. Golf pre pandemic was bleeding players, I think it will return to that in the next few years.

It's nice to see some organization have a modicum of values. I have not at all been following this ongoing saga, but based on the little I know, I 100% support the PGA in this.

Greg Norman finally found a sugar daddy in the Saudi's to back his 30 year feud with the PGA tour.

This all began when Norman was snubbed by Arnold Palmer, Jack Nicklaus, and other top figures in the game when he tried to get the World Golf Tour going. I used to like watching Norman, but he became a tragic and bitter figure after a while with all of his famous "crash and burns" on Sundays in the majors. Norman also had a seething grudge against American golf fans, especially in the Northeast where they used to really ride his ass for being a choke artist.
