Special counsel Jack Smith drops election subversion case against Donald Trump! 🎯🎯🎯

Chutkan just issued a finding of no prosecutorial misconduct, so that just got a lot harder to do if that is your goal. Trump's desire for lawfare has been anticipated and largely dealt with already.
Wrong. Chutkan is a corrupt lib judge and supporter of the dems, so she is clearly biased. When the new administration steps in then real justice will be served.

The only way to stop the DOJ from getting creative with statutes and launching politicized investigations and prosecutions is to... stop a culture in the DOJ that gets creative with statutes and launched politicized investigations and prosecutions.

That doesn't happen by doing the same against Smith et. al.
