We already have enough to kill the entire world off many times over and you are naive if you think you can negotiate with a dictator. He could give a crap less. He's hellbent on being nuclear capable. And he's going to do it.

Your maybe missing my point. The point isnt about pressuring NK directly. Its about if a country like China wants us to stop, them using their influence to stop NK. Otherwise its off to the races we go.

It should be something we all can agree on.
We can disagree on the path but we should be united on the desired results.
Take you and I as an example. We regrettably disagree on which path is best but in the end I think we want to end up in the same place. Our difference of opinion is about how to get there

My experience is the opposite. I do travel outside the US. We prefer not to hang out with Americans when we travel. We make it a point to avoid talking politics. People from other countries bring up Trump, not us. The comments, as recently as 3 weeks ago, have been negative. Polite, but negative.

I would imagine that here in the US if you even hint in a comment about politics at all to non-American visitors you meet they don't say anything negative because they are being polite. They are traveling in fortress America and probably want to avoid any hints of disagreement.

Trump is not loved by the majority of people in the US. There is no reason to believe he is loved by the majority of people outside the US.

These are facts: Trump has the diplomatic acumen of a rhinoceros. He has insulted much of the heads of state in the free world. He has insulted entire nations of people. Trump has no knowledge of history or geography. He really doesn't. He is incurious. He doesn't read. He is not in any way a man of his word even with our closest allies.

Why in the world - literally - would most people of other nations view Donald Trump favorably?

It's depraved to want Americans to suffer, lose jobs, lose their homes and worse, just so they can say, "See! I was right!".
