65% of my real-estate taxes go to schools and he wants to spend more of my local tax dollars.

Once they got the spectacle, like all the other trappings of our imperial presidency, no president wanted to be rid of it. That's not a particularly great argument for keeping it.

You won't have to worry about schools. If radical Republicans have their way there won't be anything the schools will be allowed to teach. Then we can all be as ignorant as a Republican.

This idea of capping what pharmaceutical companies charge for drugs will simply make them not make drugs.

If you are talking about teaching little children that sex changes are normal, then good, I don't want that taught to them.

I don't think there's going to be an issue with insulin being made for 30$ a month. That's a still a HUGE windfall for a drug that needs no R&D.

They will shift to something profitable. It is very obvious. They will not invest in I & D if there is not a profit in it to justify it. I swear the Left are not very deep thinkers. Everything is a knee-jerk emotional reaction without any long-term foresight.

Teaching what exactly? "Are there teachers out there standing in front of a class and saying "Ya know kids, sex change is normal".

Oh its plenty profitable. They will keep doing it until its unprofitable because branching off into new business activity is expensive as hell.

How do you know that is so? Because Biden said it? There is way more involved than trying to distill it down as Biden did. $10 to manufacture with no profit. It is a big business with big costs to bear. Biden said something simply to demonize big Pharma.

No--because everyone knows we pay ridiculous amounts of money for our healthcare. The impoverished can't afford the outrageous costs of life-saving medicine.

They create miracle drugs for a profit. I am glad they have a big profit so future drugs get created. You can find how centralized government control of business works in Venezuela and Cuba.
