In texas its a 100 percent ban even for rape incest or if the mothers life is in danger.

They may say theres exceptions they still wont do it.

Basically even if theres exceptions doctors still wont perform the abortion so they dont get sued because of conflicting state laws about when they are allowed to perform it.

Thats why people are just told to go to a legal state and republicans wanna make it illegal to cross state lines too.

The 10 year old girl who was past the 15 weeks pregnant she had to cross state lines to get a abortion.

They let pregnant mothers bleed to death they gotta be close to death before they actually do the abortion.

The hospitals dont wanna be sued for breaking state law the state could say for example a miscarriage is a abortion and charge you with a crime

They wont ask how the baby died they will just say you got a abortion.

They basically gotta stand and watch as they bleed because they can be sued if the state says they werent dead enough to perform it.
