I remember last year I joined a nuts and bots GYM yes we had a sauna ( IN FAIR SHAPE)
But then I found a FREE 1 week trail membership to ONE of those YUPPIE GYM'S that cost $1500 per year . You know the type it had racket BALL inside basket ball track THE HOLE 9 yards
It had a real nice STEAMROOM with real Fancy cherry wood to sit ON
So I'm in their and I'm thinking of when I was LIVING / HANGING out with the RAINBOW family we Had a house in Eugene Oregon and a farm in Drainage Oregon !.
But we also had these gathering / FESTABE in 1970 we had one in ?? GRABBY Colorado we were SOME 9600 feet up in the monitions!!
We'll we had these LARGE TEE-PEE'S we would have a LARGE FIRE OUTSIDE to heat up the ROCK then drag then inside the TEE-PEE and use pine tree branches to SPAY water on them so now you get the SMELL of the PINE .
We'll BOYS /GIRLS / MEN / WOMEN would be giving eachother MASSAGE'S
Smoking hash ,Peyote , eating MUSHROOMS , LSD
And all I can tell you "" THERE IS NOTHING LIKE THE REAL THING BABY ""
