Fukino says that no state official, including Republican Gov. Linda Lingle, ever instructed that Obama's certificate be handled differently.

She says state law bars release of a certified birth certificate to anyone who does not have a tangible interest.

Some Obama critics claim he was not born in the US.

Earlier Friday, a southwest Ohio magistrate rejected a challenge to Obama's citizenship. Judges in Seattle and Philadelphia recently dismissed similar suits.

The courts haven't done anything but dismiss a lawsuit filed by this publicity hound attorney. He filed it and he is the one taking it to the SCt.

Yet right in the OP what do we see, only if the case is ruled in one direction will your peeps accept the verdict, anything else and it's a mass conspiracy by the left.
But no, instead of honestly addressing that, you have to do your two bit drama queen act here and go into genetic predisposition flame and bait. Yet now turning around and saying - this thread is about Obama.

The courts haven't made him produce it, so that's irrelevent right now. Just a bunch of sore losers on the right that'll look for anything to discredit the man. He's proven that he's a natural-born citizen, I doubt the court's going to find any reason to doubt that.

Out of curiousity, why aren't you demanding Sarah Palin shows her BC?

If the request were made of her, I would expect her full cooperation in producing the documentation also.

To my knowledge, it's never been a question about Palin.

Find me a legal grounds for her to have to show her private articles of clothing and you might have a point.

It's not so much that I'm comparing women's panties to a government issued document, it's that I'm hoping to see her panties. What part of this don't you understand? If I have to bend semantics for that, it's a sacrifice I'm willing to take.

Had you really wanted to make a shred of credible contribution you would've simply done what the rest of rationale people have done, laugh at the absurdity of the whole notion that somehow Obama is not a natural born citizen.

That posting wasn't a BC, it was a COLB and it's been questioned enough as to be dismissed. I.E. it's supposedly a 2007 document with 2008 elements. (The seal and signature are from 2008 documents, and 2008 ONLY).

Besides, it's more a matter of just show the gosh damned thing eh?

It's more a matter of conspiracy theorists.

The birth certificate he posted is obviously a forgery. The conclusions of factcheck and snopes and everyone else is a lie to keep Obama in office. And the officials in the State of Hawii are in on it too. So are the three courts that have dismissed lawsuits as frivolous.

Only the Supreme Court can save us from the conspiracy! But ... will they?
