So the will of the people trumps the Constitution? That is your argument. The Constitution insures due process of law for everyone. Not Citizens, it says all people.
Does it say that or does it not say that but a bunch of judges and lawyers twisted it into that.
But hey, we don’t like that particular right. So we’ll just decide the Will of the People matters more. Just because Judges are deciding based upon Precedents already decided, that doesn’t matter. What matters is the will of the people.
Sorry but we've had decades of precedent overturned at times when the bad reasoning, bad law and eventually bad outcomes just can't be tolerated or rationalized anymore. Kelo is a good example of a case that needs to be overturned.
A Majority of people support Abortion. So why is it unconstitutional again? I mean, the will of the people is what matters most right? A majority of the people support restrictions to Guns don’t they? Including you I’ll bet. But hey, that is another one where the will of the people shouldn’t matter right?
First obviously they don't but you have fun with your strawman argument.
You want what you want, and you hate the Constitution when it doesn’t give you what you want. I’ve said this before. It’s not a Buffet where you can pick and choose what you want.
The buffet extends to checks and balances. Your anger is clear in your tone but the fact remains all branches check and balance all other branches. It isn't just the judicial branch that gets to do that in a one way exchange. If a judge can tell a president no, then a president can tell a judge no. It's how they do it that works within the Constitution.
Judge: Enforce my order.
President: No
President: Endorse my EO.
Judge: No.
It's a two way street, not one way.
The will of the people my ass. You want to fast track the deportations. Fine. Get an amendment to the Constitution through that illegal aliens don’t get due process of law. Until then, you are stuck with the system we have, and you have to work within that system. The Constitution says so.
How about I just go shop for the right district judge and get a nationwide injunction that says all illegal aliens don't get due process?
You hate the law, and especially the Constitution. You hate that it doesn’t let you do what you want. Or the Government do what you want if you want to be specific. It’s not the Judges fault you want a Dictator bound by no laws. It’s not the Courts who are wrong here. It’s the man in the mirror.
Blah, blah, blah. Save your tantrum for someone who cares.
