Please explain which sectors.America like most countries has a mixed economy and in some sectors the republicans are far more socialist than the democrats. In others far less.
I hope you returned your $1200 socialist handout cheque, uncashed. We like to look after our people in Britain. That isn't a "nanny state", it's a mature and caring state. Yours, on the other hand, is a culture of selfishness, greed, profit before health and 'screw you, I got mine'. Guess where I prefer to live.Country is responsible for defense and infrastructure. Now its a nanny state. Taking care of people from the cradle to the grave.
military, police, welfare, medicaid, UI, waste services, parks, etc. Please explain which sectors.
It was unregulated capitalism that caused the 2007 Wall Street meltdown and the worst global recession since the 1930s. Ignore that and all the bankruptcies, jobs, businesses and homes lost as a result of greed. If that's an example of the awesomeness of unrestricted and unregulated capitalism, well I don't know what to tell you.
Oh, and your country is now $26 trillion in debt. Isn't living on credit wonderful!
So that’s why we supported civil rights legislation, established Social Security, Medicare, workers rights to organize, unemployment and disability insurance, the ACA, and environmental legislation? Didn’t know that.
And obviously, we want to undo the Renaissance and Enlightenment. Who will have to break the news to DaVinci, Rousseau and Voltaire, to say nothing of Jefferson?
Can you refer me to a source for your point?

How embarrassing it must be for you to have a foreigner educate you on your own country. Note the use of the phrase, "unregulated use of derivatives" and then tell me where the lie is:Because the CRA is "unregulated capitalism."
It's amusing to watch Communists lie without restraint.
The drones have truly purged the last vestige of integrity and honor.
Trump summed up his views at a rally yesterday in very simple terms, "I like Putin, he likes me."
Trump wasn't through with his adulation of the Russian dictator. "I like Putin. He likes me. We get along. Wouldn't you say it's smart to get along? OK? It's smart," he told supporters in Ohio.
Again, this might be a question of intelligence.
Considering the fact that Putin is no friend of the United States, considering the fact that Putin will do whatever he can to weaken our country, considering the fact that is why Putin approved of Trump in the first place, isn't that akin to President Roosevelt saying, "I like Adolf Hitler."
Trump's followers will have nothing to say.
They don't want to know.
These are the people who chose our President the last time.
I knew it. Not a word from Trump's supporters. Is it a question of intelligence?
DERP
Never could figure out what was wrong with Obama's statement. He was telling the truth.
It is called reality. I know Trump's fans have a difficult time with that concept. They prefer fantasy.
Whatever makes you feel better about voting for the worst person to ever step into the white houseThere are always exceptions.
You can tell them by those who planarize them.

You literally just used a handout and pretended that you didn't.
Remember Obama telling Putin's vice president that he would have more flexibility after the election lol. So after the election obama would give putin what he wanted lol.Obama was and is Putin's bitch.
The lies you tell about Trump are particularly ironic in light of the fact that Obama was in Putin's hip pocket.
Direct question......why did Obama tell medvedev to tell putin that he would have more flexibility after the election?Trump's followers will have nothing to say.
They don't want to know.

Thank capitalism pal. Oh and eventually your economy will collapse under the weight of all the parasites. So have some food stored on the side chap lol.I hope you returned your $1200 socialist handout cheque, uncashed. We like to look after our people in Britain. Love that one myself.Yup like make America great again
Yes, and who didn't do the regulating? You got it; your (republican) government in the case of 2007.Bull crap that was caused but governement loaning money for mortgages to unqualified borrowers. It led to private lenders fighting to compete by lowering standards as well. Soon the bubble busted. It was government that caused it.
So tell us if you keep hearing the same argument, or better yet show us where any dem on here has said they want the government to own mcdonald's. Just one will do. These crazy arguments you and other make are only to tell each other, no dem thinks the way you think we do. Government owning mcdonald's, give us a break.I keep hearing that argument and, frankly, it's at a point where we're talking about a distinction without a difference. If the role of government is to be the regulation of business to such an extent that the owners have little to no autonomy in the decision making and then to tax business profits to an extent that the owners have little to no economic benefit then that is de facto government ownership. It's the equivalent of sitting in the back seat of the family car on a road trip to Chicago with your finger half an inch from your brother's nose and boldly proclaiming that you're not touching him.
They gave me MY money back. Look at it that way. Perhaps you are a non tax payer however I am not so lucky.
