Too bad that the state of CA regards all Glocks as “unsafe” weapons. In fact, only Gen 3 Glocks are legal to own in CA since they are grandfathered in.

She probably doesn't know a thing about her gun and I doubt she has ever handled or fired it.

Well, Mycroft probably doesn't know a thing about guns and I doubt he has ever handled or fired one (he couldn't even find incontrovertible evidence of 2020 electoral fraud, much less be proficient with firearms) so I would view any of his comments on Harris's gun proficiency with a grain of salt.

If Kamala had indeed said she doesn't want to see hand guns banned, that's disappointing.
 
I would imagine that a candidate being a gun owner would be encouraging for someone who feels strongly about the 2nd amendment.

Clearly it's more complicated than that.

Trumps also owns a gun, though the photos I see have him holding long arms, mostly antiques. Does that demonstrate support for the 2nd better somehow?

How much range time with what firearms does a candidate need before they are acceptable?

Kamala is still a WAY better choice than the Orange clown though.

I have little doubt that the only reason she owns a gun is so she can say she's a gun owner for political purposes.

I suspect that when she was SF DA, she was advised to get a gun for protection. Of course, she pushed for the little people in SF to be disarmed via Prop H. Now, it is just a political prop like Walz’s fudd shotgun

Heck, Gabby Giffords was photographed shooting ARs that she now wants to ban for the little people.

Some animals are more equal than others.

Why? Why do they have to declare they are “gun owners” like it is some magical talisman?

We know their attitudes towards the RKBA by their actions over the last 20 years. Saying they are “gun owners” is just political pandering, pure and simple.

Those of us that support the 2A are not fooled unlike the simple minded sheep in the MSM that trumpet her statements.

I am going to presume that as having been a law enforcement official for the majority of her professional career, she would own a legal firearm. Even if it is grandfathered in.

I tried Glocks when I was shopping, years ago. "Highly recommended" by many I knew.

Didnt fit my hand tho, so I went with SW M&P. I cannot believe the Glocks dont have a chamber load indicator. How do you tell if you have one in the chamber? That seems like BS to me, I wouldnt buy that. And what's a "magazine disconnect mechanism?" If that isnt something you press to drop the magazine, what is it?

If there is no magazine in the firearm, it will not fire.
