It seems these days one can't turn on the news without a new sexual allegation happening from 20-30 years ago or more. No way to prove it one way or the other unless the one who is being alleged against admits it. Be it Conyers, Franken, Trump, a host of Hollywood and media types. Whom to believe, our partisan leanings decides that for almost all of us.

I'm just tired of it all. In fact when another woman steps forward and I hear she was harassed some 30 years ago by so and so, I switch channels or turn the TV off. It seems that the democrats are rounding up women to accuse republicans and republicans are rounding up women to accuse democrats. This is turning into a new battle of the sexes which I don't like one bit.

This has all become just too much. I'm at a point where I don't give a rat's behind what happened 20-30 years ago. I want to know what is happening with our government now. I want information on the tax bill which has been over shadowed by these sexual things. It seems when I turn on the news to find out what is going on in Washington political wise and in the world event wise, all I get is another episode of "As the world turns," or some other soap opera as both side parade their women and sexual allegations forward in the media. Enough already. Doesn't anyone care how this country is being governed?

I know sex sells, it always has. But at my age, I really don't give a crap. I just want news, real news, not the latest soap opera. If I want to watch a soap opera from 30 or more years ago, I'll put on reruns of "The Edge of Night." It does seem Washington D.C. has become a cess pool or a septic tank full of R's and D's trying to use sex against each other.

You want me to thank the DNC and Hillary Clinton for conservatives' obsession with Hillary Clinton? You just proved my point. This group of people cannot form a single sentence without her name in it.

I blame Hillary Clinton for being an awful candidate. I blame the DNC for corrupting the process in her favor. I blame conservatives for their inability to do anything at all, let alone anything worth doing, except harp about her and somehow accuse liberals of being hung up on the election.

Yes, those of us who are not Democrats and who oppose the lying fraud in the Oval Office, who is doing everything in his power to destroy the Republican Party, have a lot of moral principles. That's why we didn't vote for that incompetent, vile, foul mouthed man. Nobody with any principles would vote for Trump.

You can talk about any of them you want. I'm just trying to get a single conservative anywhere in the world to realize that when a conversation about a current event starts and the first thing he reflexively does, every single time, is begin complaining about some long past and done misdeed by the political opposition, then his argument is weak, predictable, boring, and more than a little dumb. Strzok is relevant now, depending on the topic. The Clintons are not relevant now unless the topic is specifically them. But that won't stop very many conservatives from deflecting to them about literally any topic at all. It's like a child with a Disney movie on a loop.

I'm good, thanks.

We had a dusting the other night, but I think that brings us to about three or four inches all winter. A white Christmas would be nice even if we get some zero degree temperatures.
 
we all know Trump is a confessed sexual predator, he has admitted it, and he has paid off multiple women to keep quiet concerning Trumps' sexual exploits.

There is a paradigm shift going on in our society concerning the issue; many people are being fired, losing jobs, resigning positions, etc., and Trump should do the same.

I kinda wonder if they figured their case against trump was shaky after they heard the spoken word of some of his 'accusers'. "He asked me for my phone number." "At first I thought it was a camera bag, but then I was SURE it was Donald Trump grabbing my ass" "He walked in and I just felt naked underneath my robe" "I was at a beauty pageant and it just felt like we were being judged for our bodies" "He raised the seat divider and then grabbed my *****. Hell...the news lady I actually believe. "We had a lunch date and at the end of the date he leaned in to kiss me and I moved away. The end. He even made a joke about me shutting him down." And I suppose all the stories are possible. They just dont present themselves as credible. Still didnt stop them from gettin that money.

Oh....so sad. Dont hate her for the republicans. And really....dont hate her. Hate the rats that voted for him...twice. Hate the rats that line up to see him and give him campaign cash even after his sexual assaults were well known. Hate the rats that nominated her for the job of president knowing full well she spent 4 decades attacking the victims of sexual assault because they were in her way. Hate the despicable rats that supported her and put her there in the first place. And hate the ****ing piece of **** rat hypocrites that would support her and him but today are calling for action against Trump. Then I criticize or comment on current events, current policies, and the current administration and you call foul. Considering the GOP is ruling the country, albeit ineffectively, I will maintain my focus where it belongs and not on a man who left office seventeen years ago and his wife, the losing presidential nominee.
