In almost all of the big democrat run cities we have seen rioters plug up the streets, loot, and burn other peoples property in the name of "peaceful assembly"!!
And in some cases it has led to murder!!

They are marching in the streets WITHOUT a parade permit, it is preventing law abiding citizens from using those streets. The worst case situation it has prevented emergency vehicles from getting people to hospitals. Therefore a city ordinance needs to enacted in all cities.

It would state that all protests and political meeting would ONLY be allowed in a park designated by each city. No protests would be allowed to shut down traffic of any street in the city. Also before ANY protests or political meeting would be allowed a bond would have to be in place to cover any damage the "peaceful protesters" might cause.

I'm cool with that. So after Biden is elected and the Tea Party wants to start up their protests again, they can apply for a permit for the appropriate time and venue. Okay, we have an available Free Speech Zone fifty miles outside of town in...April of 2027. Maximum forty members only. You good with that?

No it cant be limited to a specific number, and your location is not in the city limits where the city has control.

Then it is up to the City to deal with it, if they cannot they can get State assistance, if the State cannot deal with it they can call out the NG. That is the way one deals with it.
