What Trump did not have in his first term was presidential immunity. He did not have a free hand to commit crimes while in office. Now that he does, all bets are off. You can bet that someone in the WH is logging a list of underlings that execute Trump's crime orders. This list will be used to generate the pardons on his last day.

Ironically, possibly the best argument against democracy, which trump is trying to destroy, is that 'democracy' gave us trump.

Stage 5 - Civil War. Already starting. And no, it won't be armies fighting each other. It will come in the form of states and cities basically refusing to comply with law and making their own laws - effectively setting up their own "country". Happening right now in multiple cities.
