No. Mostly because we cannot trust the majority of adults to maintain things in private. These things go from being private to being public too easily.
I'm no prude. I enjoy sex as much as the next person; even some of the more unusual forms of sexual expression. I just don't believe that most people are capable of keeping it in private, and therefore we need to restrict what can and cannot be done.
Nope, this would also legalize prostitution (which I do not support). People have enough "sexual freedom" (which I see as perversion in most cases).
legalizing prostitution is something I support.. it's time to take sex out of the black market as to ensure the safety of the labor force.
i think people should be free to be as perverted as they wanna be... as long as it's consensual, I don't care what they do.

I know you think this is best, but keeping prostitution illegal is only good for law enforcement, and pimps. We are not going to stop prostitution, it's not "the worlds oldest profession" for nothing, we can't stop it. So it is best to regulate it, to make it safer for the women, and the men who engage in this activity. Women won't be abused, and forced to walk the streets at night, and it will allow for regulation which will stop the spread of STD's, and unwanted pregnancies among the women, and also the men.
I don't have a problem with prostitution in general. I have a problem with it being in the public view, and we all know that if it's legalized it's going to become MORE visible, not less. I could even be convinced to accept homosexuality on some level IF it could be forced into PRIVATE SETTINGS ONLY. The problem is that we cannot do that. Until we find a way to move the less socially acceptable forms of these acts into private settings only, they need to be regulated.

why not?I disagree. I don't think sex should be legally purchased and sold.
no, they can't do whatever they want.. they can't exchange money for sexual gratification.Right now two consenting adults can do whatever they want as long as they keep it private, that's "free" enough.
why not?

I think it's bad for society and for the law to view sex as a purchasable commodity. It degrades the human body, encourages sexual immorality, and still would not outlaw illegal prostitution. If a pimp has to pay taxes for prostitution, pay to have them drug tested, and if clients have to pay to be drug tested themselves to prove they won't spread disease will result in a price hike. Illegal markets will still be around because they can offer sex for less.

Why not? As George Carlin put it, "Selling is legal, ****ing is legal. Why is selling ****ing not legal?"
The USA is degraded enough. Don't need to totaly destroy what little dignity it has left.

We are not sexually free. All sex between consenting adults is not legal. I favor legalizing human sexuality. It should be very simple. Any kind of sex is made legal as long as it's done in privacy and all involved are consenting adults. End of story. It should not matter whether they're of the same or opposite sex, if money is involved, if some people think the acts are strange. If they consent -- if they're adults -- if it's in a privacy, it's legal.
Btw, strong emphasis on adults. No pedophilia is allowed.
