This should be easy to answer. What say ye good people of DP?

Add "Other" option.
If it is apparent that a judge in some liberal state who is making up some bs charge/ruling just to stop / slow down/impede
Trump from helping America ABSOLUTLY YES!

But if there is a REAL matter to be addressed no. But looking at what Trump is doing it seems that Trump will stop or alter
his mission to be with in the Constitution!

They address this in this press conference.

Love this: 😁
While the new strategy, known as “Look Back Before You Act,” has raised concerns among people worried they will have to remember lots of events from long ago, the historians have assured Americans they won’t be required to read all the way through thick books or memorize anything.

Instead, citizens have been told they can just find a large-print, illustrated timeline of historical events, place their finger on an important moment, and then look to the right of that point to see what happened afterward, paying especially close attention to whether things got worse or better.

“You know how the economy is not doing so well right now?” Professor Elizabeth Schuller of the University of North Carolina said. “Well, in the 1930s, financial markets—no, wait, I’m sorry. Here: A long, long time ago, way far in the past, certain things happened that were a lot like things now, and they made people hungry and sad.”

Trump is recently on record saying he will comply with the courts.
He has already triggered costly litigation precisely because he has not and has no intention of stopping his illegal actions. Trump is a liar, a convicted felon and has a record of showing he breaks laws deliberately to push to see how much he can get away with after he breaks the laws. Breaking the laws is deliberate. Its a tactic to bully and push the limits of his powers to exceed existing laws.

Why you stated the above is anyone's guess. The fact you pose as if Trump is on record let alone a man who can be trusted means what? Either you are in some Trumpian bubble of delusion or a Putin supporter because what Trump is doing is destroying the US government as a trojan horse for Putin. Which one is it?

Trump is winning and will win against the current lawfare.
Winning.

Well for sure. Trump has a track record of winning like:

Yah yah winning.......

Oh yah winning....

WInning....

That he is president shows that he won against the election interference lawfare.
This new lawfare is challenging his use of executive power as chief executive. He will win that as well.

No. He won because he convinced Americans he could lower inflation and the price of food.

Your first sentence makes no sense at all. How does someone who claims the election process is rigged and can not be trusted under any circumstance without any changes made to it suddenly become legitimate simply because it elected him? Please explain. Nothing was changed with the voting system. Do explain

Next Trumpo failed to prove any election interference and the very system he claimed so how did not change anything? Where is Rudy Guiliani today?

Speaking about interference, you do know Musk paid people to vote for Trump. Is that interference? What do you call that? Lol. Yah you. Is it influence peddling, coincidental gift giving?

What new "lawfare" are you referring to that has changed the nature of his executive power? Do you know what the US constitution is?

With due respect to change the powers of an executive order the constitution would have to be amended. In fact the courts ruled nothing has changed in regards to executive powers.

Trump He can present thousands or orders a day they are simply fictious until an actual bill is passed by congress funding programs to enforce those orders.

Until then they are meaningless drama displays he engages in to make himself look busy while in fact spents 50% of his day golfing. or engaging in waste with needless displays at Daytona and the Superbowl.

So what lawfare? What law has Trump had Congress pass to change his Presidential powers?

Trump doesn't need congress to assert power granted to the president by the constitution in article 2

I've said it before and I'll say it again, Trump is going to whatever he wants and pardon everyone on the way out 🌞💪✌️

Wael, unfortunately for Trump, that Article II is sandwiched between Article I, the legislature, and Article III, the judiciary.

Eventually the courts will side with Trump and the Constitution. Unfortunately many issues will have to work their way through the system after some non-elected judge decides to make a political statement. See USAID, AP exclusion from the White House, DOGE access, various law fare issues, etc. And, BTW, Harvard/Harris poll gives the President a 52% approval so the American people seem to understand who is in the right.
