I agree with him that talking with you is rather a waste of time.
..........
I don't ask for people to read my posts. If you really think I'm a troll, put me on ignore.
the quote serves a purpose, when you quote someone and change their words, you amount to a troll.
I have been willing to debate with you on multiple accounts. If it's too much ignoring my base posts and relying on diversion tactics (which is trolling), then put me on ignore.

item 3 concerning trolling and baiting fits perfectly with your actions of incorrectly quoting me. the only purpose is to incite and derail.
You are forgetting the point for a second strike capibility, which was our upper hand back in 1962.
No I'm not. I'm well aware of mutually assured destruction, and so were the Soviets. To them, it was secondary to defending Communism. Remember that these men had survived the most brutal theater of WWII, the bloodiest conflict in history that destroyed almost every major city in their country. They were never going to allow another affront to their sovereignty, no matter what the cost. MAD works when all hands on the button are completely rational, unfortunately, not everyone was.
And who would you employ? What products would you sell there? No way in hell Cuba imports American goods. The ONLY thing lifting the embargo would do would be to release travel restrictions. People wouldnt have to fly through Canada to get to Cuba. Enhance the wealthy tourism areas and government bank accounts but would do nothing for the typical Cubanos.
Like I said...you talk about this as if you have actually given thought to it beyond...yeah...we should lift the embargo...cuz...thats wrong...but you havent.
so sick of your version of phony conservatism.
you are a globalist, not a conservative. not even close.
Why have we been denying ourselves Cuban cigars all of these years??? For politics? Craziness.
Communists prefer to let the Capitalists fight out against each other. The reason they do this is because they know that if they get confronted by the capitalist countries altogether, their survival would be threatened. This is how Stalin played us off against the Fascists for the first two years of the war.
The airline industry and cruise industries will benefit. So will anyone who imports and sells cuban goods here in the US
We got into the Cuban Missile Crisis because of our attempts to take out Castro. If the goal is to take him out, lifting the embargo would be far more successful.
I find the Cuban Cigar reputation to be a total farce which the embargo continues to help perpetuate.
Nope...the airline industry would suffer. People would stop flying through Canada to get to Cuba.
Seriously...THATS the benefit? Like I said...you didnt give that whole bobblehead "uhuh...end Cuban embargo NOW" thing ANY thought...
Gee, you can only take issue with one of the many benefits (ie tourism, import/export, sugar, tobacco, etc) that have presented to you in this thread
It seems I'm not the one who hasn't given this any thought.
You and others actually think the Castro government will begin a 'trade' relationship with the US. You actually believe they will import our products and sell them. You dont give ANY thought to the rtelationship, the existence of Cubans, their lives, what if anything an embargo would actually do to help the average citizen vs what it would do to stregthen and finance their government. You keep making **** up on the fly. No...you didnt think this out at ALL. You gave it the good ol kneejerk liberal head bob.
