Perhaps not.

A Trump legacy - looking for loopholes to defend anti-democratic corruption.

What is your excuse for Trump enflaming the rioters with his Pence tweet?

Going to the capital building however does not require a permit.

Nonsense

What point? The fact you Trump haters have no evidence of him telling his supporters to riot and storm the capital building.

You continue to evade the point.

I believe this is the part of the speech where the insurrectionists Began moving towards the Capitol

"We fight like hell. And if you don't fight like hell, you're not going to have a country anymore," he said.

Perfect example of a strawman argument. It doesn't get anymore entertaining than this. Thanks!

Strong arm GA into "finding" votes.
Weaponize the DOJ to say there was fraud when it doesn't believe it.
Pressure the Vice president to violate the Constitution.
Tweet that the Vice president gas betrayed the rioters.

When did all this become okay?

Strong arming the state of GA into "finding" votes.

Pressuring the Vice president to violate the Constitution.
Enflaming rioters by tweeting that the Vpvice president betrayed them.

If American's had the dignity and integrity of the Iraqi's people respect for their country, Trump would have already gotten the same results Saddam received.
Seems like you're suggesting that the Iraqi people have no dignity, integrity, or respect for their country & that Saddam received a conviction for trumped-up charges.

Republican stood in the way of him being charged as he should have been, not just with the exiting impeachment charges but with the inclusion of sedition, subversion, insurrection and treason engaged by a person who occupied our highest office, and the verdict and the penalty imposed, and carried out.
Present credible evidence & credible witnesses for your accusations.

The Framers of the Constitution would have carried out the penalty on Trump without blinking an eye.
That depends on whether or not he's guilty of anything.

If Jesse Jackson did the exact same thing that Donald Trump did, would he go to prison?
It depends on whether or not Jesse Jackson committed a crime, was charged with said crime, found guilty of said crime, and sentenced to prison for said crime, the same as it depends on whether or not Donald Trump committed a crime, was charged with said crime, found guilty of said crime, and sentenced to prison for said crime. You see, in an ideal world, justice is blind and doesn't care who you are & only cares about what you did.

You are either being naive or too kind about the one term mistake. It was at his urging that every traitorous behavior after the election came about. Anyone that wanted to suck up to him had to have a "plan" to keep him in office. That was all he would listen to. Nothing that happened on Jan. 6th was without his blessings. His only disappointment was when it failed.
Nothing that happened on Jan. 6th was without his blessings. - you say this with absolute certainty as though you have proof, so I want to see your proof.

White Nationalist as such as those within the Republican System of Today, would have went after him with all the savage passions of a1930's Jim Crow Lynching Party.
What is "Republican System of Today"? Why do you have most of those words capitalized? Is this the name of some organization? I searched online for this supposed organization; nothing at all came up.

You didn't even attempt to show how and why Ds are supposedly responsible for the Capitol attack.
Is it really necessary to attempt to show how and why Ds are supposedly responsible for the Capitol attack? The Ds are so corrupt, dishonest, and foaming-at-the-mouth raging with TDS that it's too easy for it to be totally credible & for any reasonable individual like me to be persuaded of this.

It's like a mob boss being recorded saying "Take care of business" but also saying "Be nice about it" in regard to a hit.
No, I don't think so - false analogy.

Dump truck pushes it as far as he can. He pushed past what honest people will tolerate. It's too bad that some people so believe in dump truckism that they'll embrace dishonesty.
LOL huh?

It's all the same crime. It started before the election when he told his supporters that the only way he loses is by massive voter fraud. If you look at all the events that led up to 1-6 and then including 1-6, there is no way he is not responsible. Now, I don't believe he did it all by himself, but he surely led the way.

So, by answering yes to the poll question, I mean Trump should go to prison along with all who conspired with him to obstruct or delay the congressional count of the electoral college. Liz Cheney has already laid out the groundwork for this charge.

And we only know publicly a fraction of what went on. Also, many of the toothless rioters have already been charged with this. In what way could Trump not be held responsible for the 'Big Lie' and all that followed it? Aside from a weak AG not wanting to go after him.
Well it could be that there actually was massive voter fraud. How can you possibly know there wasn't, unless you're omniscient? Are you omniscient? If so, show me that you are by telling me what I'm thinking.

I have always felt that way. Then why so much obstruction into the investigation? We have to get him to court first.
Interesting - you're claiming that there's obstruction into an investigation, which is itself a crime if you're referring to an investigation in a crime. Who has been charged with this crime as it pertains to a criminal investigation in question?
