DC Judge Lets 'Big Balls' Attackers Walk Free

I wouldn't be out in the streets in the middle of the night like Big Balls was. So, spin the "whatabout" somewhere else.
Lol, so its his fault. Do you also blame women who get assaulted for wearing provocative clothing?

So here it is boys and girls.

This is in part why the NG is in DC.

Violent criminals are released back on the streets where the circle of violence most often will continue.

Another activist judge gives probation to Big Balls attackers. BTW- who just robbed a gas station prior to the beatdown of BB.

===============================

"A Washington DC judge, Kendra Biggs, has let two teens who attacked former DOGE staffer 'big balls' walk free on probation, avoiding jail time because the judge feels her job is to 'rehabilitate' and not punish. "

"The decision drew sharp criticism from President Trump, who said Wednesday afternoon; "That's terrible," adding "the judge should be ashamed."

The defendants, both 15-years-old, pleaded guilty to various charges related to the attack on the 19-year-old Musk protégé, Edward Coristine. "

You elected a violent criminal for president for the first time in U.S. history, and he's getting worse by the day. I wonder what your point is. This is the world you wanted.

So why are leftists getting so violent?

I don't want 15-year-old carjacking thugs in prison, exactly. But a remote reform school with high walls, natural scenery, and an award for gospel music singing might find a proper use. Or you could outsource the problem - do an exchange program with Xinjiang to help them learn Chinese, useful trade skills, and Uighur culture in an intense training environment...

Whatever you do, you can't put up with physical attacks without consequence of any kind.

The occupational issues are a separate story. First, a juvenile conviction, even leading to a long time in a 'reform school', should be an expungeable record. Secondly, and more importantly, the U.S. should offer subsidies for companies to take on those who have been unsuccessfully looking for work for a long time, in order to keep the labor force usable. Whenever good economic times allow full employment, we want unemployment to go down to less than 1% in order to allow the boom to proceed as far as it can. There's no excuse for us to put up with high "structural unemployment" when people don't have to drive around the countryside looking for Help Wanted signs any more.

Oh, so this victim can be blamed for being in our nation's Capital because it was the middle of the night. Should rape victims stay inside too?

edited: sorry, I see that someone else already made that connection as well.

Because it was evident to the police, the judge, and everyone besides MAGA that Big Balls ****ing started it. He (like most MAGA) started harassing a girl and got his ****ing ass whooped.

It's so illustrative of all ****ing fash that y'all are constantly the aggressors but so desperately want to be victims.
Again - that is the version you were sold, and all you know.
They approached their car and the other teens attempted to steal his car.
And in your outrageously biased brain - you want him to be as bad as the teens that beat him up.

What does this have to do with the National Guard picking up trash in parks?

How was this political violence? Those kids had no idea who their victim was.

The leftist judge let them off the hook of beating the crap out of the young man who worked for Musk......condoned by this judge.

I admit I haven't followed this case closely, so I may have missed it, but where's the evidence this attack was politically motivated?

It doesn't really matter......the judge after the fact, knowing the party involved worked for Musk and gave the two community service for trying to steal their car and then beating the man to a pulp. The politicization came from the judge not the two punks.

Well it does matter. Either the crime is politically motivated, or it wasn't, and it looks like you're now acknowledging that it wasn't a politically-motivated crime, thus discrediting anything else you have to say on the matter.

No, just as the legal system and the applicable statutes were designed and enacted, judges evaluate crime and punishment weighing a number of variables - intent being an important one. This wasn't a politically motivated crime, although it was an act of violence. If you want to argue that she was lenient in adjudicating an act of violence, that's an argument I'm sympathetic to. But there's really no evidence she treated this case any differently than she would have treated it had the victim been an anti-MAGA like me.

When multiple judges and prosecuting attorney's constantly drop charges of crimes against their political opponents it IS politically motivated and sends the message to their thugs to keep it up....."we got your back". Guess what?.....it's happening.

There's only one reason to not charge them for what they did and that is because of politics. Nobody with the slightest bit of justice let's people walk from beating someone dang near to death, let alone from attempted car theft. Your bias is easy to see, but you pretend nobody notices, lol.

Biden commuted the sentences of 1500 and you said nothing.
None of them invaded the Capitol and beat up cops or stole government property or smeared shit on the walls of the Capitol.
Commuting sentences for people who were caught with weed (OMG!!!!) is minor.
Also, commuting a sentence is not the same as pardoning someone.

You know he was videoed instigating a fight with a girl and he got the shit kicked out of him?
So much for "big balls".
What a loser.

Are the court transcripts available? I'm betting this isn't so cut and dry as "Big Balls" claims it to be.

They were charged. They got probation. Their crime is on their record.

This is the second post where you've literally gone fact-free. Try posting the truth next time.

They pled guilty and got a more lenient sentence.

Welcome to the US justice system.

Looks like conservatives really don't understand how their own legal system works. No wonder they'd rather just have the rule by oligarchs: it's much easier for them to understand.

As everyone knows, ZeroHedge is a far-right conspiracy website.....

Overall, we rate ZeroHedge an extreme right-biased conspiracy website based on the promotion of false/misleading/debunked information that routinely denigrates the left.

What exactly would sending them to jail achieve other than making it much harder for them to get a job in future?
They pled guilty so obviously know they did wrong and aren't hardened criminals.
I'm sure the judge involved had her reasons for giving the decision she did and thought it was the appropriate result as she had all the information at hand.

This need you guys have to punish people is why the US has so many people in prison and who re-offend because the system makes getting a job after you've been in prison for petty crimes.
Other countries use probation a lot more than the US and have way lower levels of recidivism.
maybe, just maybe the US could learn something from how Scandinavia deals with criminals but nope, being tough on crime and treating everyone like utter scum is what you guys love the most.

Enjoy paying for booming prison populations.

If you assault someone to the point where they are bloodied and bruised, you should go to jail.

Karma I suppose since Big Balls will walk free for stealing all of America's government data and violating the privacy rights of every American.
