Altho it's like closing the barn door after the stock has run off, if you've been here all that many years without making it official...then please take your skills and abilities and hopefully lots of cash to your birthplace and be a great member of the community there. IMO it's not wrong to deport him.

Are his three offspring adults or minors? If they are adults, then why should their actions have any bearing on their father's immigration status? Corruption of blood is unconstitutional in the United States. If they are minors, then they cannot sponsor their father for a family visa anyway, so again, their actions have no bearing on their father's immigration status.
