Shots Fired Suspect, 'I Don't like White People in my Hood'

Yeah, it very well might be different than some Trump supporters.

I accept the dictionary's meaning of the words I use, which obviously puts me at odds with a lot of Trump supporters, as they like to use Trump's meaning. Like using "Stable genius" to refer to an idiot.

You must live in an alternate reality

Forget the fact that there is no evidence.

Yeah, if you ignore reality.

He was the leader of the racist Birther Movement. He spent a decade attacking a sitting POTUS, saying he was illegitimate, for no other reason than the POTUS had black skin

I hate to agree with you but there certainly is a double standard with regards to racism and hate crimes in the USA.

I keep saying this accepted racism double standard is a way to pass 'soft reparations' for African-Americans. Side note: I mean, how can anyone not think that, for example, Al Sharpton isn't a racist???

Yeah, if you ignore reality. He just used an old racist trope on four women of colour. How did you miss that, it was in the news.

Telling them to go fix their countries of origin has nothing to do with race. That had to do with heritage.

Yeah it means something else in your alternate reality.

My servant? Why must you always use the most inflammatory of language...? Look, you said you thought that this black man would have 'hate crime' enhancements should he be found guilty of aggravated assault...All I did was ask you to back up why you would think that...Unless of course you only said that because your position trying to deflect Truth's position was pure BS....Look, either you think this man will face enhancements, or you don't...If you think they do then show me why....

You do not show evidence to support the default position which is that justice in Ohio is fair. If you reject the default position then you also need to show that the charges were fair in the first place.

So much projection from such tender snowflakes. Your vanguard of the white race riiight in the op :lamo

It really shouldn't surprise me at this point. Children are seen as not being as culpable as an adult when they commit adult-like crimes. I almost think liberals assign that same sense of being mentally infantile to blacks that juvenile courts grant of children- they just don't have the same mental capacity of adults when making decisions. This is of course very racist, so liberals blame themselves, or more likely, blame white people for why they view blacks this way.

Making **** up about liberals as usual. Can you people ever make an actual factual argument based on real liberal position? No, I don't think so because you seem mentally infantile

Ok, then list for me the cases that have involved Black assailants and white victims where 'hate crime' enhancements were attached....

SIAP. You won't find the hate crimes enhancements for black assailants, for example, because hate crimes is a political crime. For example, killing cops for the sake of killing cops will never be a hate crime. Politics won't allow it.

I realize the USA has a long history of terrible racism, that the USA is still a very racist country, and that the current POTUS is a blatant racist. Some people are snowflakes and need to deny that reality to protect their sensibilities. So be it.

No evidence? How about from day one when he basically announced mexicans are criminals...and some are good people.
First, Mexican isn't a race it's a nationality. Second when people say he basically said.... It means he didn't say that.

Like the good people holding torches marching and chanting jews will not replace us.
He didn't say they were good people. You make up faux events or rather believe when other people make up faux events and tell you they are true.

There is a dare I say, huge, difference between no evidence and refusing to see the evidence.
This is a case of no evidence and you believing faux events.

Trump does nothing but attack people, places and things.
That's right he didn't get scotus approval to start building the wall.

Yes alternate reality. People do deny your alternate reality, but I understand it is very real to you.

This is a lie. The birther movement was based on the requirements for president demanded in Article II section I clause 5 of The Constitution. (1)Have to be, at least, 35 years old. (2)Have to be a resident of the US for 14 years. (3)Have to be a natural born citizen. For BO, numbers 1 and 2 were satisfied but 3 was questionable.

LOL, if it helps you sleep at night, you just keep telling yourself that.

What are you going to tell us next? That these members of Trump's base aren't really Neo Nazis, they just think red and black brings out the colour of their eyes! :lamo

You don't shoot at people with the intent not to shoot at them.

I don't know that I generally agree with this. Shooting toward the sky or the ground or no where near someone is often used as a threatening scare tactic.
I don't know if that applies here, but the idea that every time someone shoots a gun it is to kill, isn't accurate.

Which has nothing to do with the fact that Trump led the racist Birther Movement for a decade.

Look, I understand, you're trying to defend a blatant racist, and that doesn't leave you a lot of options. But your constant use of gaslighting with non sequiturs doesn't work on anyone but Trump supporters.

If you're going to continue trying to defend a blatant racist like Trump, you need to come up with some new strategies.

Another lie that neo-Nazis are Trump's base.

You need another tactic to defend the racists.
For a decade? Link? Was this after BO became president?

No, you are right, he shot right through them.
Damn, son that is a horrible hot take on what Dylann Roof did.

Are you excusing what this guy did for what Roof did?

Another lie that neo-Nazis are Trump's base.

I know, right? Obviously the Democrats have a stranglehold on the Deep South. Nothing quite says "Liberal" like someone waving a Confederate flag!

Jesus, do you really believe the nonsense you're posting?

If it was a white man intimidating a black person with a gun the feds would have already stepped in and filed charges. Plus it would be front page news on every paper in the country.

Do not try to tell me that this administration now is biased in favor of the blacks. You lose your credibility.
And no, an intimidation of that kind would not be a front page news in every paper and CERTAINLY it would not be in the right wing press which is veryyy good at publishing crimes by minorities 24/7 but not by whites unless the latter are involved in mass shootings only.

And here is one case of hate crime against a white intimidating blacks with a gun which was caught on camera. A hate crime by the state prosecutor was filed

Hate crime charges filed in Miami over Martin Luther King Jr. Day scuffle - CNN

Let me help you...

You defeated your own stupid point inside your own post. He is charged with four counts of felonious assault. There's your crime to tag onto and therefore it's not stand-alone.

You have reading comprehension issues!

I did not make any point. The above "stupid point" comes from a Law Firm in Ohio.

Come back to me when you learn how to read English!

Make America Hate Again: Donald Trump and the Birther Conspiracy

...
In March of 2011, appearing on “The View” Donald Trump asked,
“Why doesn’t he show his birth certificate?” (ABC, 2011, 5:45)

...
From the release of the long form birth certificate in April of 2011
through the fall of 2015 Trump mostly stopped talking about the issue on
mainstream news outlets; instead he used Twitter to continue to destabilize
the validity of the birth certificate(s) and while also provocatively connecting Obama’s birthplace with other issues in an effort to undermine Obama’s
legitimacy.
