ST. PAUL, Minn. (AP) — A Republican Minnesota state senator who was caught in a sting operation resigned under fire Thursday after he was charged with soliciting a minor for prostitution, stepping down before the Senate could vote on whether to expel him.

Justin Eichorn, of Grand Rapids, submitted his resignation in a brief email to Gov. Tim Walz, saying: “I must focus on personal matters at this time. It has been an honor to serve in the Minnesota Senate.”

Not really applicable when there's a crapload of ugliness, cruelty, hypocrisy, lies and unlawfulness right out in the open.

Usually it's a matter of speculation, "That's what they show us, but what are they keeping hidden?" With MAGA it's more of an inference, "That's what they show is, so what the hell are they keeping hidden?"

Certainly not appropriate for Dear Leader who wears his ugliness as a badge of honor (even though, to be fair, he had his little wine and little cracker that one time).

Much more appropriate for someone like Mike Johnson.

The State Senator knew 1 week before arranging the meet up the girl was underage.

Yet he persisted in meeting a minor, I fail to see how it could be entrapment.
