Senator John Fetterman Tells Democrats To Stop Calling Trump 'Hitler'

I care about and give as much credence to Fetterman’s opinions about as much as you care about Liz Cheney’s.
I'm COUNTING on it! ;)

That's the only way that people can continue to rationalize calling Trump Hitler and/or a Nazi.

The fact that he didn't give up his gun is irrelevant. when a person murders or assaults another person, they forfeit their right to keep and bear arms. PERIOD. Whether the murderer gives up the gun or not, doesn't even matter.

You asked me TWO questions.

Both questions are IRRELEVANT with regards to what Fetterman asked of democrats.

It really doesn't, but I don't have the time or the desire to explain to you WHY I didn't answer your IRRELEVANT questions.
It matters if you said he gave up his gun.

And you didn't answer. Twice.

I never said that he gave up his gun. It doesn't matter whether he gives up his gun, or not. It's irrelevant to the topic.
And you didn't answer. Twice.
Because your questions are irrelevant. Irrelevant means that they are not connected to, or relevant to the topic of discussion - which is Fetterman's plea for democrats to refrain from calling Trump a Hitler or a Nazi.

Might it be the same way Trump rationalizes calling people communists?

Hardly whataboutism when the back and forth is about the same type of insult. Pot calling kettle black and all that. Neither insult is called for. Yes, Trump rhetorically supports authoritarian policies like collective punishment and torture, and democrats support collective approaches to economic problems, but “Nazi” and “commie” are bridges to far.

It's TEXTBOOK whataboutism.

Free speech gives you the right to call Trump a Hitler, or a Nazi, of whatever you LWLs want to call him. And I'll fight for your right to do so.
