SEIU President Arrested

I'm not jaded enough to think that. But I know where jobs aren't--and that's in the Occupy Streets. If some (and I stress some) of these people used the same enthusiasm, dedication and zeal that they do protesting to look for a job, they'd have one.

Let them eat cake.

Hmmm too bad Fastcompany isnt a blog site... Wow.

The second link is part of the problem. He does his best trying to show the differences between the Tea Party and OWS when in reality all he does is show how similiar what they want is.

I hate to bring logic into the conversation but according to your statistics 1/3 of the "Tea Party Movement" are retired which means the 56% figure is practically useless, not to mention the fact that the vast majority of OWS claim to be employed, but somehow find the time to "Occupy" a single street for what 2 months now?

These links fail to support your supposition unless you are claiming that those who VISIT THE OWS WEBSITE are the 'in the OWS' people. The first link uses data from the second link, partially, to compose the ‘infographic’. The second link states ‘Affairs, today released a study based on a survey of 1,619 visitors to the occupywallst.org site on October 5. And about a quarter of them have also attended occupation events’. 25% of those surveyed hardly represents a sampling of those ACTUALLY ON THE STREET.

Try again.

True, true....when I was there, I saw no lap tops, though PLENTY of iphones.....I guess those are just harder to steal than 5K laptops?

I included the blog to further the point after the FastCompany article...
