Governor Schwartzeneggar has decided to allow a man who committed a thrill killing to be paroled. While in prison, the man repented, then earned his masters degree in Theology. He is now an Episcopalean priest, who has been counseling other inmates at Soledad prison.
I believe that the former killer has redeemed himself, but he did kill someone, and the victim deserves justice too. For the victim's family, justice is not being served.
I am sure that there are going to be very strong feelings on both sides of this issue. Would like to hear what the rest of you think about this.
