So perhaps it should come as no surprise that as the Westboro Baptist Church group stopped at several churches Sunday, they were greeted by more than 200 locals who treated the affair with an almost festival atmosphere. There were funny hats, even funnier posters and a general sense that these tourists would be gone soon enough, too.
