San Fran Nan says delays with pandemic relief weren’t a mistake, it was a “decision"

She got a little huffy when asked if her delaying covid relieve was a mistake.

When asked by CNN reporter Manu Raju if it was a "mistake" to wait months for a concerted effort to pass a clean COVID relief bill, Pelosi got defensive.

"I’m going to tell you something — don’t characterize what we did before as a mistake, as a preface to your question if you want an answer. That was not a mistake, it was a deci[/qutsion, and it’s taken us to a place where we can do the right thing without other, shall we say, considerations in the legislation that we don’t want. Now, that is it. Now the fact is, I'm very proud of where we are," Pelosi said.

She went on to say the reason why she wants to pass a bill now is because Joe Biden has been declared the winner of the presidential election and a number of vaccines are being produced.

May there be a special place in Hell for Pelosi by playing politics with peoples lives trying desperately to hold on to their livelihoods under horrific draconian rules by Democrat governors and a couple of feckless Republicans that have made it impossible for small businesses to survive. She pretty much made it clear that was the reason for not agreeing with Republicans prior to the election because she didn't want to agree to a package only focused on the needs of the people because she feared it would help Trump in the election. So thanks to her people all over this country have lost it all. What a bitch. This woman while her own district that she represents thought she was entitled to secretly get her hair done in a salon on the sly while not wearing a mask even though everyone else could not get a hair appointment. This same type of behavior seen by Democrat leaders from Congress to governors to mayors over and over again not following the same edicts they push on everyone else.

I keep hearing from the Democrats that we must follow the science yet when it comes to kids getting back in school which the science for months has been encouraging kids be allowed to get back to school but the teachers' unions backed by the Democrats are holding out from allowing children to return to schools over issues that have nothing to do with education but leftist policies. Anyone with kids or grandkids if were honest would tell these kids are suffering greatly mentally and academically. After months of online teaching the results are a disaster.

People are rising up against these edicts and are fighting back. The types of businesses they shut down people are saying they see no less of a threat than grocery stores or a corporate run box store etc. than a restaurant serving at 25-50% capacity or a gym where they are allowing 25-50% capacity with strict efforts to sanitize. And they are correct. People have had it and they are fighting back.
