I have compassion for anyone that is the victim of a crime. Even little girls who are raped by older men.

The thread is about Florida's SB 4-C law.

I find no wording in the federal Constitution by which the States have relinquished their original power to reject an influx of unwanted foreign nationals.

What was the legislative intent of the States delegating a power to Congress to establish a “. . . uniform Rule of Naturalization . . . ”?

Actually they did not block it, they refused to remove a LOWER court's block of it.

The Supreme Court did not take any action, they declined to take any action.

The Supreme Court should do that more often. It should be extremely rare for the Supreme Court to intervene in an interlocutory appeal.

They should take no action in this case until it reaches them on final appeal.

Do you think all immigrants are criminals?

Most?

Or do you believe in the reality that most, the overwhelming vast majority of immigrants, are hard working law abiding productive members of our society.

Numerous studies have shown that immigrants are more law abiding than natural born Americans.
 
Actually, most of the criminals in our prisons in the USA were guided into a life of crime by the circumstances they were born into, being born into cross-generational poverty as a result of racism.

American racists have created most of the crime in America.

The great loss is American productivity, because so many black people are raised in a situation no child should be raised in. They could have been very productive, but no. They were denied the same opportunity as is enjoyed by white privilege. Instead, they were born into racist poverty, hopelessness, violence and despair. It is no way for a child to excel and succeed in life. Some do from that ominous beginning, but most do not. Instead, they learn to 'toughen up' on the street. If they don't die young, they end up in American prisons, which are very racist and heavily dominated by black men who should have had a better beginning in life but white American racists would not allow it.

All of this because stupid slave owners refused to admit that what they had done out of greed was very wrong. Those attitudes that whites are superior were handed down generation after generation and have never gone away. It has crippled America and we live with the drastic cost of institutionalized racist law enforcement and incarceration today.

Undocumented immigrants are a distraction. Something to take the mind off the real problems in America: Racism and the domination of big money and greed.

Most undocumented immigrants simply want to work hard and be American citizens. Who wants a tough job with no AC, hard back-breaking dangerous work, with low pay, no respect, no sick leave, no injured leave, no paid time off, no vacation pay, and no benefits? Immigrants. That's who.

I can’t imagine a legitimate argument as to why SB 4-C would not be upheld as being within Florida’s lawful Tenth Amendment reserved policing powers which advance the general welfare of the State of Florida.
 
Getting rid of immigrants will not make America great again. It will make America worse. The whole immigrant thing is a distraction. It's like the Wizard of Oz. Pay no attention to the man behind the curtain. The real problem is our government is bought. It is no longer a representative government of the people, by the people, and for the people. We have the best government money can buy.

The MCGA cult (make China great again) has been royally fooled. The victims of a great con job.

Notice the first thing they did with the power the MCGA cult gave them was to take care of the rich.

That was the whole point of it!
