Russia: Norway's request for additional US Marines 'will not remain without consequences'

This is all a small piece in the larger jigsaw of NATO's growing aggression and threat towards Russia - the consequence of which will be only to increase Europe's insecurity.

Rubbish. As I pointed out previously.....

Do you ever read the papers? You might want to start.

I never read western news-papers. They're mostly full of nonsense written by poorly informed or just downright ignorant hacks.

I know if russia was so peaceful why did they build their country so close to us and nato bases!!!!!

I don't know where you obtained the graphic, maybe RT, but there is much wrong with it.

For example, there are no NATO bases in Kazakhstan or Kyrgyzstan.

In addition, NATO bases tend to be smallish and lightly manned. Nothing even remotely close to what would be necessary to invade the Russian Federation.

You are correct about the location of nato bases being wrong, but it does illustrate a fact though that nato is surrounding russia gradually.

Why does the US need so many overseas military bases?

BY contrast, how many does the 'revanchist' 'expansionist' Russia have?

Because post WW2 we have been the global police force.

We have been paying for that, because we are generous.

You're welcome.

😂.

I may have missed the official appointment, and I am struggling to distinguish between the US acting in its own interests and its noble pursuit of global fairness.

But now we all know, I suggest that the US should bill all states for its tremendous services over the last 25 years.

If properly explained, I'm sure that Moscow and Beijing would happily pay $billions to Washington for services so selflessly rendered.

Russia owes many nations reparations and can begin with Ukraine. You can start here....

The Stockholm Arbitration Council has ordered Gazprom (a Russian energy giant) to pay Naftogaz (Ukraine) $2.56 billion.

Gazprom disagrees with Stockholm arbitration ruling in dispute with Naftogaz
