If, If, If. The convoy was in al Nusra Front controlled territory and likely attacked with USA supplied TOW missiles by al Nusra Front a/k/a, ISIS, a/k/a ahrar or fatah al Sham. Foreign funded fronts i.e., White Helmets and the Syrian Observatory of Human Rights quick response indicate their collusion with ISIS terrorists.

Ummmm

No.

Wrong on so many levels.

What aircraft are Al Nusra or ISIS (twp different entities) using?

What aircraft employ TOW missiles?

I believe you are incorrect on your approximation that al-Nusra is ISIL. Nor is the SOHR colluding with ISIL.

". . . Eyewitness accounts, along with social media postings and video, including footage of the wreckage, added to assessments by U.S. defense officials, show that the convoy was obliterated by airstrikes, first by helicopters dropping barrels loaded with explosives and shrapnel — a long-standing tactic of the Syrian government — and then by Russian bombers. . . ."

The UN has stated that it is unknown if the convoy was attacked by aircraft, or groiund missiles. It was in rebel territory. ISIS/al Nusra and not separated in concert with the ceasefire agreement that stated that the USA woudl separate "moderate" ISIS rebels from ISIS rebels not listed as "moderate."

The ceasefire agreement required the USA to separate its' "moderate rebels" from known ISIS rebels during the ceasefire period. Al Nusra Front did not comply and they are allied with and working with and fighting with and supporting ISIS, ergo they are ISIS. The US allies, Turkey, Saudi Arabia and Qatar all support ISIS and we support these allies, ergo we support ISIS a/k/a, enemy of Assad/Sryia, USA enemy of Assad/Syria, the enemy of my enemy is my friend, so supply my frenemy through my allies, and even though the World knows the USA is invading the sovereign Nation of Syria and supporting ISIS, pretend with a smokescreen of propaganda and misinformation that the USA is a good guy. Keerisst, we're the Nation instigating the War Against Syria. We're the bad guys and our allies are the bad guys.

Wrong. If there are Al-Nusra factions working with ISIL, it does not make them ISIL fighters. It is a symptom of the ceasefire failure, not the diagnosis.

The US allies, Turkey, Saudi Arabia and Qatar all support ISIS

You have no proof. Even if they do in some capacity...

and we support these allies, ergo we support ISIS

...This is still incorrect.

a/k/a, enemy of Assad/Sryia, USA enemy of Assad/Syria, the enemy of my enemy is my friend, so supply my frenemy through my allies, and even though the World knows the USA is invading the sovereign Nation of Syria and supporting ISIS, pretend with a smokescreen of propaganda and misinformation that the USA is a good guy.

I am not saying the USA is a 'good guy', but you are still incorrect that ISIL's M/O is the destruction of Assad specifically. ISIL's M/O is to establish a Caliphate spanning Iraq and Syria, that means wiping out all who stand in the way. Assad and Syrian gov't are in their way; ergo, they become a target in the line of fire. If anyone is 'invading Syria' it is Russia. We don't have enough boots on the ground in Syria to accurately classify it as an invasion.

Keerisst, we're the Nation instigating the War Against Syria. We're the bad guys and our allies are the bad guys.

Also incorrect. The world is not black and white.

Why do you keep conflating ISIS with Al Nusra?

Two different entities.

So what?

ISIS and Al Nusra are STILL two different entities.

And do you have EVIDENCE the US et al are supporting ISIS?

All I can figure is the targetting information must have come from USA agencies that previously targetted Syrian troops during the ceasefire. Probably just another USA sortie waiting until next week to say, "Oops, just a mistake." CIA bullcrap.

Or someone picked up a phone and called the Syrian military....

And since this is an airstrike can you tell me how many helicopters and ground attack aircraft ISIS or Al Nusra fields?

Key part of this is "may have".

That being said, there's only so many people this could have been.

Another peek into the alternate universe.

US and UK Left 'Door Open' to Russia in Syria, UK's Boris Johnson Says
The U.S. and Britain left the "door open" to Russia's intervention in Syria and its support of the regime of President Bashar al-Assad, British Foreign Secretary Boris Johnson said.

"If you look back at what happened in the last two or three years, you look back at the sequence of events in Syria, the decisions of my country, of your country, and not to intervene, look, there's no question. We left that door open, and I think we failed, somehow, to have the imagination to think that that was what Putin might do,” Johnson said of Russian President Vladimir Putin in an exclusive interview with ABC News' George Stephanopoulos on "This Week."

"We've now got to deal with it," said Johnson, who prior to his appointment as Britain's top diplomat served as mayor of London and was a key supporter of the Brexit vote.

Putin's intervention in Syria shows "a spirit of assertiveness, a desire for Russia to have prestige on the world stage," Johnson said. "I've got no problem with people thinking the Kremlin is powerful if they use that power and influence to good ends ... And one way they can do that, right now, is tell Assad to stop the bombing in Aleppo. And they have the power to do this. They have the ability to make this happen.".

Agreed. Obama's failure in Syria is complete.

The USA has no business in Syria. We are attacking a sovereign Nation. We are not defenders of liberty and justice. We are hegemonic warmongers furthering the agendas of the Military Industrial Complex and the Big Energy/Banking oligarchs and Mid East oily states. We are the BAD GUYS and suporters of this agenda are evil do-badders. Syria is 6-7,000 miles away and needs our help not bombs and intrigue for the "War is good business, and business is good," boardroom army.

The war in Syria began with a Syrian popular uprising for freedom and democracy. The regime's response was a brutal assault on civilians. The resistance asked only for weapons with which to fight. We failed to provide that. The stalemate and influx of religious extremists followed. Our failure to provide assistance in a timely manner has led to hundreds of thousands of deaths.

So, have you figured out ISIS and Al Nusra are different folks yet?

And what aircraft do either fly?

If you're gonna play Fagan, you have to at least understand who the players are.
