It seems you don't know how Facebook and Twitter work. Items get shared or retweeted. This is exponential which is why analytics are needed to understand the dynamic.
The reason the Kremlin uses US social media is a case of 'more bang for the buck' ... massive American exposure for a modest monetary investment.
The fact is that the US intelligence community could not quantify how influential Moscow's meddling was (they would need to be inside Facebook/Twitter which was not permitted),
but considered it to be influential enough to include it in their collective intelligence report on 2016 election meddling.
The Mueller report parroted the nonsense from Clapper and Brennan...without question. Heck, Mueller even ignored the fact that the FBI never questioned the Crowdstrike redacted draft report that said that Russia hacked the DNC servers. The FBI never looked at the DNC servers themselves. Mueller didn't investigate anything to do with Russia...he just accepted and repeated what someone else told him.
No...Mueller didn't "confirm" anything.

So you are saying Facebook worked amazingly well with Russian Ads but did not work at all for the roughly 100 Million spent by Clinton and Trump.
I would say that the russian contribution in advertisements was flush into the cesspool we now call the internet.
Please, Please, Please gain a realist perspective of the magnitude of this problem!!!! Yes, it is a problem and it should be checked, double checked and triple checked in the future but it was not why HRC lost the presidency.
Watch the chinese dictate what the NBA says!!!!
