If he stays, then it will hurt the Republicans with the women’s vote and possibly cost them a senate seat. And if we’re lucky, Sessions will get kicked back to that seat where he belongs and we can get a law and order A.G. in his place.

He'll be unseated. It was a brilliant announcement by the republican chair.

Knowing he'll be unseated, if I wanted a republican in the senate seat, I'd vote for him. That way, he gets replaced by a republican instead of a dem having the seat.

All's I know is, guilty or not, his defenders would go ape **** if it was an Obama, Clinton, Pelosi or any other person with a D next to their name, standing in the same shoes.

I mean, a zillion dollars spent on trying to nail Clinton and they got nothing. Yet, they loudly chanted, "Lock her up!"

Im glad Allred made the point of clarifying this woman was a Trump supporter. Most certainly a red flag she is not.


The fact that Allred is involved at all should raise red flags - the woman is a con artist.

I would think that at this point, the accuser should have friends and fellow coworkers who could corroborate her claims: that Moore came to the restaurant every night, made googoo eyes at her and touched her hair. Anyone besides a couple of family members coming forward at this point?

Any former coworkers from the restaurant stepping forward to speak up?

Which it will be. If Alabama elects Roy Moore, then obviously the voters of Alabama want a sex offender as their senator. The problem is not Roy Moore. There are 320 million people in this country. Some of them are bigoted pedophiles. The real problem is that Republican voters obviously don't consider that to be a disqualifier for public office. The religious right in the Republican base does not care about moral values, that is just a club they beat their political opponents with. What they actually care about is political power and using the government as an authoritarian instrument to enforce their authoritarian views on others. So it would not matter if Roy Moore was on video bragging about grabbing teen girls by the vagina. They would not care and would still vote for him because he is one of them, hates the same people they hate, and he doesn't have a D after his name.
