Who has the legal authority to declare the president unfit to hold office? The democrats? No. Congressional committees? No. The FBI? No. The Justice Department? No. Democrat judges ? No. Rod Rosenstein? Hell no.

The President can either declare himself unable to continue fulfilling his duties as President, at which time the Vice President will be appointed to perform the duties of the President, or, only the Vice President and a majority of cabinet members or the Vice President with a special committee appointed by Congress is allowed by law to make the determination that the President is unable to fulfill his duties as President. There are no other legitimate means to invoke the 25th amendment.

Did Rosenstein contact Vice President Pence to discuss invoking the 25th amendment? No. Did Rosenstein discuss the 25th amendment possibility with President Trump? Hell no. So what the hell was Rosenstein and his inner circle at the Justice Department doing discussing the 25th amendment?

They were conspiring to overthrow the President of the United States, an act of treason.
 
The 25th amendment had been all over the news and was being discussed online and in every other type of media. It still is. It would have been stupid of them NOT to discuss and research the topic so they didn't seem like morons if and when the media or the administration asked them about it.

Sorry, but everyone you listed and many many more have the right to discuss their opinion, and even suggest it to superiors.

That is what happened, you should be concerned that so many lifetime nonpartisan agents took such an extreme view.

They have Intel we don't have, and their reaction should be noted...

Rosenstein claimed he was only joking when he discussed wearing a wire to record Trump. That is like joking about assassinating the President of the US. That is why the Senate will be hauling Rosenstein in to explain why he was discussing the 25th amendment with his Trump-hating colleagues.

You can defend Rosenstein all you like, but the Senate is not going to allow the traitor to skate on this without first hauling his behind in to explain why he was discussing the 25th amendment and wearing a wire to secretly record Trump in the first place.
 

Do you ever stop to think that all those "trump hating colleagues" who are actually nonpartisan professional law enforcement agents, have their reasons for disliking trump?

These are people with all the intelligence on trump, they knew more than anyone else and still do.

You are wrong. Either they are stupid or they know the 25th amendment cannot be invoked by anyone but the President or Vice president. They can talk about it all they want but they have no right to conspire with fellow Trump haters to wear a wire to record Trump with the goal of using whatever they record to initiate his removal under the 25th amendment. Maybe Rosenstein was ignorant of the law but I don't think so. He knew what he was conspiring to do was illegal which is why he lied about his involvement in the scheme. The Senate will find out who is lying and who is telling the truth.
 

The birds who conspired to bring down Trump after he was elected may have been working at the Justice Department, but they were enemies of America, the Constitution and the President of the United States.

Hillary falsely claimed Trump colluded with Russia to steal her dirty email underwear, but that was a lie. Seth Rich gave the mess to Assange and the democrats assassinated him for that. Trying to overthrow Trump because so many leftist morons believe Hillary's lie is wrong and, in fact, treasonous.
 

The Senate will do nothing more than question him, if they even do that. Why is it you seem so worried that trump could be recorded, is it that you know it could actually show that he has competency issues?

Rosenstein has committed no treason, nor can you demonstrate that he has.

Legitimately discussing possibly invoking the tenets of the 25th AMENDMENT, by Rosenstein and those involved, is not, NOT, an act of Treason under Article III Section 3 of the United States Constitution regarding what constitutes "treason".


Please, please, please do get a clue how our Government actually works so as to not embarrass yourself even further with these spurious notions.

Wrong. What has been proven is that Hillary was butthurt when Assange released her dirty secret emails so she falsely blamed Trump to try to salvage her candidacy from the damage her own dirty secrets brought on her own head.
