That is not true. They're showing small scattered fires on the side of the building where there were small scattered fires. They're NOT showing the south side, the side which faced WTC1, which had massive fires.

AND they ignore the massive structural damage caused to the south side of WTC7 by the collapse of WTC1.

Also not true. It took roughly twice amount of time to collapse. In this video, the collapse begins with the penthouse at the 0:02 mark. It's not visible in the video, but the collapse ends at around the 0:16 mark.
