I recall selling homes in 1971 and how things changed over time and enjoyed a career as a Broker, then an Appraiser followed by owning 2 Mortgage offices with staff of agents and other help. I know what putting in long days is like.

I was a very loyal follower of the Dogma of Democrats clear until 1980 and I changed parties forever to Republican ideology. Best move I ever made. I got shed of so many lies it was like taking a good long shower to freedom.

I have no idea what cum laude real estate broker is because the two terms have never been seen together outside of a sales meeting of brokers. If you turned into a conservative in 1980 and are still a conservative, then you need to look deep inside yourself and ask why in the world did you ever buy this bullsheet given the track record of this nonsense. As for Milton, his views shaped the world up until 2008, then it was destroyed by evidence not rhetoric on a TV show. Sorry but I have no time to engage with this level of idiocy anymore, I am old enough where I can tell it like it is.

"G-d of second chances here I am again" is something I have heard all my life and is what I thought of when Trump issued a full pardon to a man that turned his life around and has done so much good. And to be best friends with the law enforcement agent that arrested him. Now that is special.
