(Reuters) Trump approval rating dips; many wary of his wielding of power, Reuters/Ipsos poll finds
--

--
Despite the non-quantitative OP article title of this newly released poll, two data points inside the body of the article jumped-out at me - and I presented them as excerpts above.
1] The overwhelming majority of Americans - by far - want Trump to obey our court orders.
2] Trump is upside-down on Immigration for the first time I recall during his term.
--
83% of Americans, including (surprising to me) 73% of Republicans, insist Trump should obey court orders.
And Trump is upside-down on Immigration! He's been going upside down on pretty much everything else, but now he seems to have slipped on his Holy Grail Issue.
I didn't see a party-break-out on I Immigration, but given the strong entrenched polarity between the two established parties - my suspicion is the substantive movement we're seeing may be occurring amongst Indies. Other recent polls seem to be showing substantive Indie movement on other issues (particularly Economy, Inflation, Tariffs).
I also must point-out Trump's Immigration numbers in this poll are technically within the margin-of-error (+/- 2%). So while Trump numerically is underwater, he statistically is in a draw. Regardless, that's a significant change from his previous strength on this matter.

--On immigration, his strongest area of support, 45% of respondents approved of Trump's performance but 46% disapproved.
