Considering the FBI has been led by Republicans for most of its existence, I'm not sure if that's a good thing for Republicans. Just to be clear, was the FBI not corrupt during GOP presidencies, or corrupt just during Democratic presidencies?

These people are highly intelligent and educated civil servants who've devoted their careers to rooting out criminals in American society. Mind you, these professionals could demand 5x their salary in corporate America. You can cherry pick a few instances of overreach, but that is really **** all in the grand scheme of things. By in large, the current FBI is one of the most cherished and decent organizations of do-gooders as has ever been assembled. They do not deserve your hate and derision.

I didn't realize that lowering prescription drug costs; capping insulin costs at $35; rescuing Americans who were struggling in the pandemic; relieving college students of some debt burdens; funding projects to protect the environment, etc. was "destroying America." In addition, Biden has funded military aid to Ukraine -- something Republicans have said will stop if they win Congress. Today, you can't be pro-Ukraine and pro-GOP. They are diametrically conflicted.

Do you know what will destroy America? If far-right extremist candidates win their elections. Then, the country’s democratic foundations would be at risk. In just a few years, the GOP has morphed into a fascist party that only will accept elections that they win.

The FBI was investigating Trumps ties to Russia. At the time of the election, he was negotiating a business deal with them, which he hid from the public, opening him to blackmail. His campaign shared polling data with them, and used their stolen emails, which he encouraged, in his campaign, which actually met with them in the Trump Tower.
