Republicans plan to strip Kansans of abortion rights anyway.

I suggest recall. But giving up and moaning about it seems to be the leftist solution to everything.

Calling everybody else fascists because they are too stupid and lazy to do anything means they get trampled and they deserve it.
YOu can suggest all you want, the republicans have everyone here tied up over guns and schools. They will do this while no one is looking and blindside everyone.

As usual.

let me correct you. I don't think the vote on the referendum was installed. This politician does. I'm not him in case you didn't know that.

Probably because it's imaginary.
Yeah I was right, you don't understand your own self contradiction at all

Because it only exists in your imagination.
Yeah you're wrong and you have no idea, I'm not last wording your nonsense. Go ahead and end with your dumb crap

Weak people are dominated. Deal with it.

You are probably correct Clax.

Lots of R's in Kansas, they voted for these folks, and I would probably characterize your more strident "conservative" voter as "weak minded". Always looking back and never forward until they're dragged along kicking and screaming into the next century.

Yes, I can see the weak minded Conservatives in Kansas being dominated by their Christian Caliphate that they voted in.

*shrugs* Glad I dont live there.

That is akin to saying "The USA is a Volkswagen!"

And you saying "No, the USA is an automobile!!"

Same thing. FFS Fletch. -shaking head sadly again-

Now tell us again about the "socialist" Nazis on the Far Left. That was some very fascinating and informative stuff.

Wait...are you Clax or Fletch? Get you guys mixed up LOL.

"We're not a car, we're a Chevrolet."

But what he and right-wingers really mean is, "your vote ain't worth shit to us."

Not just referendums: that will be the template for future elections as well.

Look what the GOP did to the amendment to the FL constitution, passed through a referendum, giving felons the right to vote.

An overt declaration that seeks to override the will of the people.

How to save it?

Never vote republican again........ they don't give a shit that the approval of Right To Choose was a solid win. Fake Republicans believe all should believe as they do......... such a shame they have no respect for
a solid majority win.

VOTE THEM OUT FOREVER

American voters know what to do in November:

Remove the Trump Plague (and the extremism that came with it) for good !

We have gotten rid of Covid, we also get rid of the Trump pest.

To judge by Governor elections in 2018, Kansas isn't deep red at all. Laura Kelly, a Democrat, won with 48.0% of the vote.

The Kansas House looks very red, however there were 34 districts in 2020, where no Democrat was on the ticket. The total seats are 125, and in 12 other districts there was no Republican running. When either party declines to run, it makes their figures look worse than they really are. I hate it when that happens.

Theoretically you could estimate the lost votes, but I haven't been able to find 'governor by state district' data to do that.

They intend to over-ride the independence of the judiciary. Maybe they should stop and think, whether it's really a good idea to give State Supreme Court judges their own mandate: it subtracts from the legislatures power to appoint.

Kansas already allows voters to oust unpopular judges from the state’s high court, but Kansas voters have never done so. In November, six out of seven justices are up for a retention vote.

There is ALREADY a mechanism for Kansas voters to oust pro-choice Judges. There's no need to make them electable.
