Yea, well the Supreme Court has kicked it back down to the individual states.

Are you talking about this:

It's full-steam ahead for homosexual marriage in Massachusetts next week, after the United States Supreme Court refused today to block America's first state-sanctioned same-sex ceremonies from taking place there.

The lawsuit was NOT about allowing people to marry in a state that disallowed it. The lawsuit that reached the SCOTUS was one to prevent people from marrying in a state that DID allow it. Huge difference there.

I stand corrected on my statement in regard to the Supreme Court.
