PAULDING COUNTY, Ga. — A Florida attorney is at the center of a new state investigation after elections officials say he recently attempted to register to vote in Georgia and instructed other Florida Republicans on how to do it .

Bill Price is seen in a now-deleted Facebook Live video, speaking to the Bay County GOP members in Florida on Nov. 7th. It was about half an hour after the election was called for the Joe Biden-Kamala Harris ticket.

Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger confirmed the video is being investigated

Bill Price has denied he was serious about the move. But Channel 2 confirmed Price registered to vote the day after he made the speech, using his brother’s address and swearing to an affidavit that he was a Georgia resident and eligible to vote.

I've been saying we need to seriously tighten the standards to become and remain an attorney for a while now. . . .

Someone this stupid has no business handling cases. How could an attorney expect not to be caught? Even if one had inside knowledge that (and I'm not saying this is true) that voter registrations were not tightly monitored, one has to expect them to be extremely tightly monitored right now, triply so in Georgia of all places.

Let's say it is a different case, and it was an attorney suggesting people temporarily move to GA, register while legitimately living there, vote, then eventually leave. Still an attorney should know
to hop on Westlaw or Lexis and not log off until they have the answers: is this legal, what are the risks, what are the punishments.





Edit: then there's that Sidney Powell imbecile, and one Michael Cohen, who apparently thinks he's going to salvage his reputation by cashing in on a tell-all book when he could have potentially derailed Trump in 2015-16. And Rudy who?
