Okay let me try a 'whatabout-ism', just like the right has been doing continually for 3 years.
What about Mitch McConnell for starters?
Mitch McConnell BUSTED Helping Donors Get Contracts From His Wife - The Ring of Fire Network
Mitch McConnell has been caught red-handed, thanks to a trove of more than 800 emails, directing business leaders from his state of Kentucky to meet with his wife, Secretary of Transportation Elaine Chao. These emails show a coordinated effort by McConnell to repay the people who have helped him throughout his career, and it also shows that both McConnell and Chao are using their connections and their personal relationship for political gain. Ring of Fire’s Farron Cousins explains why BOTH McConnell and Chao need to be removed from office immediately.
According to more than 800 emails that were obtained via freedom of Information Act request. Mitch Mcconnell has been directing businesses from the state of Kentucky to his wife who happens to run the department of Transportation. Elaine Chao, who is the secretary of transportation in the United States. He has been directing people to her so that she can meet with them and give these sweetheart deals to people back in Mcconnell’s home state so that he can appease the people who help to put him in office. This, ladies and gentlemen is a perfect example of not just cronyism with Mcconnell and his wife Chow, you know, directing people back and forth trying to help McConnell’s campaign.
It is a pay to play. It is corruption, and it is without a doubt or should be without a doubt enough to remove these two from office forever.
But wait, there's more.... Senator Chuck Grassley.
Chuck Grassley plans to take Trump's federal farm bailout cash, calls it 'equal treatment'
U.S. Sen. Chuck Grassley, a lifelong farmer in northeast Iowa's Butler County, says he plans to participate in President Donald Trump's $12 billion bailout program intended to cushion the negative effects of trade tariffs on the prices of farm commodities.
"This is something you get because you are a farmer — equal treatment for everybody," Grassley said Wednesday during his weekly conference call with Iowa reporters. "It is not something special for Chuck Grassley because he is a senator or Jon Tester," a Democratic U.S. senator from Montana, who also plans to participate in the federal program.
Grassley said he won't know how much federal money he will receive until his crops are harvested and records are taken to a Farm Service Agency office to find out.
The Washington Post reported that Grassley and Tester are the only lawmakers among about two dozen contacted who said they would apply for the new bailout money. Twelve members said they would not apply and 13 either declined to comment or hadn't yet responded to a request for comment.
Not enough yet? Okay, there's more. Let's talk about the farmers and the bailouts.
Trump’s $28 Billion Trade War Bailout Is Overpaying Farmers
Bloomberg - Are you a robot?
President Donald Trump’s $28 billion farm bailout may be paying many growers more than the trade war with China has cost them.
The U.S. Department of Agriculture’s calculations overshot the impact of the trade conflict on American soybean prices, according to six academic studies, a conclusion that is likely to add to criticism that the bailout has generated distortions and inequalities in the farm economy.
“It’s clear that the payment rates overstated the damage suffered by soybean growers,” said Joseph Glauber, the USDA’s former chief economist who published a review of the research in late November. “
Based on what the studies show, the damages were about half that.”
I can find much, much more evidence of corruption in Trump's administration but that should suffice for the time being.
