Oh I get it, Fox news reported what the administration was saying in the early part of a crisis situation and you think that matters and somehow negates questioning after the fact of events as new information comes to light. That line of thinking is, to be bluntly honest, pathetic. I get what you're trying to do, and I suppose when speaking to and with people who think bumper stickers are the height of witticism, you would be held in awe. However, I am not so easily distracted by juvenile debate tactics. Let's take your logic, then to a natural conclusion, there is no need to investigate anything after the fact. Whatever is reported on first, is all that matters. No need to ask questions, or reflect on events. If X happens, and a political entity says "It happened because of Y", reporters, with limited initial information report that Y is the cause.. then it is forever the cause. No need to look into what Y was, was it even the truth? Political entities said it was, a reporter repeated that and it's done. Y might be a lie, might not even be the truth, but who cares? It was initially reported on, so it is forever the truth.
How silly is that?
Yeah and that's the leg you're standing on, have fun with it.
