Rand Paul as President

What do you think about Rand Paul as President Of The United States Of America?
 
Although he is a disappointing substitute for his father, IMO.

He is miles better then anyone else the Reps are peddling so far.

But that is not saying much...I cannot believe the incredibly useless group of candidates the Reps have at this time (outside of Paul).

The Reps better find someone new or Hilary is a shoe in even if she went into a coma from today until the week before the election.

Her campaign would go better if she was in a coma.
 
he should run full bore on non-interventionism. he had to bend for the foxies, and it didn't work well for him. i thought his debate performance was ok, but he needs to hold firm on his non-interventionist views even when the audience wants to expand the war in the Middle East. it's pretty much the only thing that sets him apart from the other Republicans. explain why that's a bad idea. if they boo, they boo.

One of the worst ideas since spam was created. And last night he provided ample evidence why. We need a president who lives in reality - not one who lives in their own delusionary world.

I guess he had some good minutes before the debate. That must be the only possible explanation since he looked pretty bad on Fox last night.
 
Rand Paul Lost the debate Last Night!!! He looked like an idiot when Christie bashed him down! He looked like a little kid who didn't like the big bully picking on him. But I guess that's his whole philosophy and Christie put him in his place. Not. Presidential. material.

I guess he thinks he'll just play the isolationist if he wins and just sit on his isolated throne without ever having to debate crazy dictators who are 100X more crazy than Christie. If you can't handle Chris Christie or Donald Trump throwing punches now, how will you be able to wear the big boy pants and run the country?

There was a stark contrast between Rand Paul and his sometime ally Ted Cruz. I've been liking Cruz a lot more recently. Rand Paul. I'm just liking less and less and last night I gave everyone the benefit of the doubt.
 
If the choice was Rand Paul or Hillary, I'd have to go with Rand Paul. But I would MUCH rather vote for his father.
 
Great to see Rand Paul getting a lot of support here. He is the right man for 2016.

Cruz would have annihilated Christie. Christie is just a typical New Jersey big mouth.

This is the guy that believes in the gold standard and also thinks the deficit is rising and that government employees are on the rise under Obama. In my view, someone isn't qualified to be Commander in chief if they don't have command of basic facts.
