Racism still exists.

Very nice that 3 white coworkers supported him and an all white jury ruled in his favor. Times change slowly.
Racism has gone from being very overt, out in the open through segregation and the Jim Crow era to a more covert, subtle way. You can force equality through laws and legislation, but you can’t do away with what is in some folks hearts and minds. Racism still exists, but is kept hidden from view for the most part.

Kept hidden from views? You think all these secret racists dont make hiring decisions? Loan decisions? Cops assessing probable cause?

Which is a semantically wonderful way to blame it for all sorts of problems without having to prove it still exists at a level that matters.

The problem is the folks who don’t believe it exists benefit from it so they don’t wish to admit it exists. Like white people.

For the most part, overt racism has ceased to exist, but covert racism is alive and well. So, you’re saying overt racism is the only kind that matters?

Just curious, was it an exercise in "covert racism" when an electorate that was 75% white voted a black man to be President, twice?

Thats why Trump was telling everyone black folks were eating pets and at least 30% of the country believed him.

I don’t count that as in 2008 it was more about the recession in progress and political beliefs than race. But for your info in 2008 whites voted for McCain by a 55-43 margin while Hispanics and blacks went heavily for Obama. It was time for a change as in most election the economy usually dictates who wins or loses. Not race in that case. Besides, Obama was half white.

You don't count 2008 (nor presumably 2012) because they're facts that don't fit your assertions about the prevalence and relevance of "covert racism."

I love how you frail whites like to always bring that up without mentioning how the opposition tried to frame his candidacy as that of an illegitimate Kenyan Muslim or how the leader of that movement is now the head of the republican party. 😂

But it is easy to imagine.
Yes it is. When you grow up experiencing racism every day, suffering judgement and prejudice from the people who are supposed to love you, over something you can't control, it changes you permanently. How do you move forward from that? How do you trust again? How do you stop seeing racism everywhere? It's not easy.

The left exploits racism when it suits them, and then they ignore it when it's one of their own.

Case in point, President #046. A disgusting racist pile of human garbage - the second most racist president in U.S. history. Naturally, the left ignores it.
Again, blaming the left for racism. Sad

So you blame the left for your right wing racism.
This reminds me of all the guys insisting they had to vote for Trump because the snowflakes forced them to.

Mad Libs only like to feel good at the expense of others. You don't care about the particular case; you just like any story that seems to suggest that racism is endemic. But you can't admit what fools the Libs were to credence Jussie Smollett, and how he played you for fools.
LOL, Jussie Smollett, It is really ridiculous to base your entire summary of liberalism and race on an isolated incident. Sad
