Recollections of Sounds can be admitted as evidence. There are sounds that Dee Dee and Witness 11 heard. Words and tone of voice.


The man walking his dog heard OJ murder his wife and the waiter. The dog walker testified to what he heard.

The problem for Zim is that he loses SYG if he was engaged in any unlawful act. Was Zim deliberately performing actions he should have know were casing Trayvon to fear injury from Zim?

Zim is like a two year old, who believes he can get out of any trouble by just lying about it. Zim has faith in his ability to hoodwink. Zim, in fact, has quite a few people snookered!

Good point. You should petition the government to stop recording all 911 calls because nobody can see what is happening.

Cops are trained to fire multiple times. They don't shoot to scare someone worthy of shooting, they shoot to incapacitate. If that means killing then so be it though they aren't trained to go out of their way to ensure a kill. When multiple officers fire on the same target in this fashion the bullet count tends to be high as each officer has to decide when to stop firing on their own.

Pistol people are told/taught/trained to double tap everything. If you need one round 2 are better in any circumstance. Had Z fired twice no one would raise a legal stink about it. He showed restraint. I would have shot him twice and then rolled him off me.

Asking when soldiers have to fire in self defense says everything I need to know about you. The next time you claim to be a combat Vet think it through a little more carefully so as to avoid embarrassing statements and laughable indignation when you get called out.

Keep claiming his firing one shot works in his favor. Considering the veracity of your claims thus far, it makes it that much more laughable.

People genuinely in fear for their lives do not fire one shot because there isn't enough time to know if the threat has been eliminated when it is at such close contact. Someone firing out of anger would fire one shot knowing immediately he screwed up. Which is why the first thing GZ said was for someone to take his gun from him.

Omara has to mislead people into being confident GZ will be acquitted and the recorded jail calls prove he knew about the money but filed GZ as indigent to try and keep more money for himself.

I am curious to see George's transcripts from Seminole College... There may be proof that he was exposed to the SYG Law.. inspite of his lies to the contrary.

I feel like this needs some type of response, but due to the ridiculousness of your comment, i'm really not sure where to begin. So, your claim is that since they are going to take the time to prevent the best defense possible, interview the witnesses, etc, etc, there must not be clear support for a SYG defense?

I can just imagine Furio the lawyer having a clear cut case of not guilty but instead of doing any of the necessary work and research he just rushes to trial the next day, where, since he didn't do any of the necessray homework his innocent client is locked up for life.

It is very possible they are making this announcement to seek donations, but the fact that they are taking time to prepare, doesn't necessarily mean that there is not clear support for SYG.

If the evidence is that clear it should not take months and months to prepare while he already has full investigative reports from many agencies.

People who cannot comprehend the contradiction should not confuse it for meaning there is no contradiction.

There are many people that were clearly innocent that are found guilty and later released. It happens, which is why no matter how strong a case or how clear the evidence might be , the lawyer should still take all the time necessary to research, investigate, and present the best defense possible. Just ask any lawyer.

In case you didn't know it but...It is not the defense lawyer that that sets the court date. That is the judge's responsibility.

My god...Since when the hell does Z's transcripts from college have ANYTHING to do with this case?

It reminds me of all the birthers and their quest to prove that Obama wasn't a natural born citizen despite Obama having shown his birth certificate multiple times.

funny that M's being kicked out of school 3 times in one school year for vandalism and drug use is irrelevant, but Z's college transcripts are vitally important. the hypocrisy of the Z haters is mind blowing

Tuition is about $3500 a year and with grants etc.. they were getting $36,000 a year. GZ has been in school since 2003. I don't know why its important.. maybe the lie that GZ never heard of SYG.

Maybe something will show a pattern of behavior.

There is also the written lies concerning the ATF agents that George swore to.. Those guys are also on the witness list...

There are the guys he worked with a Gander and the man he chased for 20 miles .. That was really funny.. George was on the phone with 911... He'd "profiled" the man.. and the man was on the phone with 911, saying.. Come quick.. there's a lunatic following me.

What is it about some men who cast a boy as a criminal.. to justify George chasing him down and killing him?

Just be glad you don't own a home at the Retreat.. George really, really screwed the neighbors.
