Was there any reason prior that demonstrated he shouldn't have had a gun (or knife, axe, etc)? Remember, you said he just "snapped".

Under attack from them pretty consistently, are you? Think the Glock is enough firepower? I hear those guys have AR-15 rifles and more.

Well if he didn’t he was able to get one after. Thank ohios lax constitution carry laws. It took me 3 months to get my ccl in Illinois and i had to take a 2 day class. We also banned assault weapons recently in a bipartisan vote. That is good gun laws

How is a domestic violence crime stopped or enabled by CCW or Constitutional Carry law?

I looked for a little more info, and found that this guy did allegedly choke his father (when he was a child, by your reckoning), but the case was dropped.

Should a dropped case be enough to strip Constitutional rights and civil liberties from a citizen?

Nothing indicates he wouldn't have been able to get a gun in Illinois.

"Assault weapons" aren't banned.

i don't know the history of this deranged murderer, so i am unable to put a fine (or even dull) point on your question
i saw the video where he was apprehended
he offered no resistance
he was polite
he was easily apprehended and he cooperated in every way
but did that indicate a learned pattern used to disarm people from thinking ill of him
or was he always a good natured fellow who just went bezerk

if there was a domestic or other form of violence history, that could have been captured, recorded in an accessible database indicating the fellow was a harm to others
he should then need to show that his past behavior would not expose a prelude to future violent behavior and be denied access to firearms until that showing of non-violent competence had been made evident to the judicial system

that practice may have been something which impeded this fellow's willful destruction of his family

Not sure what this means. My glock g48 is real. Just practiced at the range yesterday. I also plan on getting another gun that is actually fun to shoot. The one I have is just a carry weapon. Will take recommendations if you have any.

In this case it would have prevented 3 dead boys.
